Our Story
Choose to Include was founded by three passionate advocates for special needs who recognized a significant gap in for families within the church community. As special needs parents and family members, we have personally witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by these families. Because of this, we were inspired to create a missions organization dedicated to empowering the body of Christ to effectively serve and uplift those affected by
special needs.
Our journey began with a focus on providing churches with the resources and training needed to foster inclusive environments. We started by offering seminars and workshops designed to educate staff and volunteer teams, helping them understand the unique needs of families and individuals with special needs. As we grew, our mission expanded to collaboration with various churches and ministries, promoting awareness and encouraging partnerships to create a more inclusive church experience for everyone.
Today, Choose to Include continues to strive for a world where all families feel embraced and valued in their faith communities, and we are excited to see the impact we can make together when the body of Christ comes together and shares the vision of inclusion for all.
